Originally from Vienna, Austria I've lived in London for more than 5 years. I completed my 200h Vinyasa yoga instructor training with a focus on trauma-informed teaching as well as Yin yoga and offer yoga classes for beginners as well as for more experienced practitioners. Every class is different with a strong focus on mindfulness and breathing.
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style and one of the most powerful forms of yoga. It describes a technique that synchronises breath with movement.
Incorporating elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin Yoga cultivates a deep sense of awareness through the release of mind and body stresses.
