Marlies aka Yogaliesl has been practising yoga for more than 10 years and has completed her 200h Vinyasa YTT with a focus on trauma informed teaching and Yin yoga. From the first class to the ones she teaches herself today, yoga has always been a place of peace and calm for her.

'Yoga has had an amazing impact on my mental wellbeing over the years. Not only has it helped me find purpose but it's kept me focused and grounded in times of turmoil.'

In my Vinyasa and Yin yoga classes, I focus on a well-balanced mix of yoga philosophy and breathing practices paired with creative asana flows to challenge the body and the mind. Every class is guided by an overall theme to help create awareness for an intentional and mindful practice.
