Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style and one of the most powerful forms of yoga. Vinyasa describes a technique that synchronises breath with movement. Every class is different and you will flow through a creative asana sequence combined with a focus on yoga philosophy and breathing exercises.

A calming practice that incorporates elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Yin Yoga cultivates a deep sense of awareness through the release of mind and body stresses. We focus on releasing the connective tissue of the body (tendons, ligaments and fascia.) Poses are held for long periods, allowing you to get into a deeper relaxation.

Yogaliesl offers private classes online and in person in London. Classes vary and are created based on your needs and objectives. They can include elements of Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga. We will work together to identify your needs and I will guide you through the practice 1:1.
